Desiree Wiggill School of Music



We strive to make a difference in families' lives with our flexible lesson options, friendly class and playroom environment, affordable prices and top quality programs and teaching.



Please take a minute to read through our studio enrollment information since some of it has changed.



Month-based programs + fees

We offer 4 lessons of 45 minutes per month. Months with 5 lessons will be used to make up for small holiday breaks. A new home material is included in the monthly fee of $55. (breakdown of fees: $18=Home Material, $37= lesson fees).



We make use of an auto-payment system. The system does allow you to control the pause or unenroll button. We want you to have that freedom. We would only ask that you please inform the program director before the 20th of the month, in order for her to adjust the number of home materials to be ordered for the coming month. We can reserve your spot in class for 1 month after you have paused your subscription. Monthly payments will go off on the 1st day of every month. If you sign up later in the month, you will be billed a prorated amount, not the full monthly fee.

May 30th November 21 - 25

July 26 - 29 December 1-31 (all payments paused)



We offer unlimited catch up classes.

Practice makes perfect. Students benefit from weekly class attendance. If you can’t make it to your specific class, join another class on a different day, or do 2 classes the following week.

If the program director is not able to present a class, you will be informed via text + email. Please check your messages before going to class, in case the teacher is sick/ had a sudden emergency and was not able to notify the class the day before. The program director will inform you when the class/es will be caught up.



Siblings options

Siblings are welcome in our mixed ages classes or in their specific age group. Twins are welcome in any age specific class. Baby siblings up to the age of 5 months can attend any class with their older sibling free of charge. From 6 months onwards they will be included in class activities in a mixed ages class and a family fee of $75 a month (2 children + 1 home material + sibling instrument included) will apply. You will need to register both children to ensure that 2 seats are reserved. Siblings 5 years and older can sit and watch the class free of charge.

Visiting siblings under the age of 5 years are welcome to attend a class free of charge. Parents are responsible to ensure that the visiting siblings' behavior is not disruptive.







Covid 19

We want to offer as many students as possible the opportunity to attend in person classes and we want our parents to feel comfortable regarding the precautions we take in minimizing the risk of contracting Covid 19 at our studio. With so many different levels of concern regarding this matter, we felt that we would need different classes to address the specific needs. From January 2022, Monday classes will have a Covid vaccine mandate. All the other days of the week will be open to everyone regardless of vaccination status (no questions asked). Monday classes have masks required for all adults during winter and moderate - high Covid infection seasons. All other classes will follow a mask optional policy. Please be assured that we care about every student and parent irrespective of their views in this matter.

We offer gift cards for any amount.

Invite a friend to a free trial class and receive a free CD or Kindermusik song card. If that friend signs up, we will credit you with a free class ($9.25) on your next monthly fee.
